Public Safety Lead Officer

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks a Public Safety Lead Officer to oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. In this on-site role, you will supervise safety officers, coordinate responses to emergencies and incidents, and conduct patrols, investigations, and risk assessments. You will collaborate closely with clinical and support teams, model compassionate, culturally responsive service, and support training and continuous improvement in line with the hospital’s mission of health equity for South Los Angeles.
