Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $3240 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous HCA experience preferred.

Special Requests: No RTO or special scheduling.

Unit Details: Equipment includes Hoyer lifts, Sara Stedy, and bladder scanners. The unit handles post-surgical cases including cholecystectomy and cystoscopy with stent placement. The unit cares for CIWA patients and provides pain management.

Floating Requirements: Floating is based on hospital needs.
