Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. Responsibilities
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Answer resident calls and determine how to best assist them with their needs
- Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
Qualifications
- Must have a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Possess a can-do attitude and exemplify a willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers.
- Must have a current certification in Food Handling and CPR or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
- Have great love and compassion for working with the senior population!
