REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive med-surg nursing care, including assessments, care planning, wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration for adult rehab patients. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, provide patient and family education, and ensure safe discharges.
