Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Westland, MI. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role provides an opportunity to work clinically while experiencing a new community.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Current documentation of professional credentials and ability to complete facility onboarding requirements.

Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and therapy documentation systems preferred.

Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Work schedule: five 8-hour shifts per week.
