RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Surgical Tech / OR Tech II to support complex surgical procedures in a fast-paced operating room. In this advanced role, you will prepare and maintain the OR, ensure strict sterile technique, and anticipate the needs of surgeons and anesthesia providers during a wide range of cases. Responsibilities include performing accurate counts, operating specialized equipment, handling specimens, and supporting patient safety and infection control standards.
