Our client on Blount Island in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance person to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, punctuality and good organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance

Location: Blount Island, Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: Based on experience

What’s the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair issues
• Maintain plumbing systems
• Move office furniture when needed
• Maintain some electrical

What’s Needed?

• Physical requirements (Lift up to 50+ lbs, climb ladders, bend, crouch, walk, kneel)
• Have your own basic tools/power tools
• Minor Landscaping
• Ability to work independently
