Maintenance Technician - Automated Systems

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and material handling industry, is seeking a Mech & Robotics Tech to join their dedicated team. You will be part of the Operations Maintenance department supporting the facility's automated systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mech & Robotics Tech

Location: Naples, FL

Pay Range:$24.95/hr. - 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with accurate documentation to track equipment health.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience with PC competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive bending and reaching during long shifts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
