Full job description
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support advanced RF and SIGINT systems. This role involves system administration, integration, and end-to-end engineering of complex collection platforms, with a strong emphasis on Linux/Windows environments, networking, and data flow across distributed systems, including technologies such as DRT, NiFi, ONEROOF, DARKQUEST, and FORNSAT.
Capabilities
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems supporting RF and collection platforms, including software installation and network configuration
- Analyze CONOPS, system architecture, and user requirements to develop and manage system requirements and specifications
- Lead system design, integration, and development across hardware and software components in alignment with DoDAF and SOA frameworks
- Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation (e.g., SEPs, ICDs, requirements specs) and ensure requirements traceability and compliance
- Support system integration, testing, and verification/validation activities across the lifecycle, including environments leveraging DRT, NiFi, ONEROOF, DARKQUEST, and FORNSAT
- Provide technical leadership and cross-functional coordination, including participation in design reviews, CCBs, and program reviews
- Interface with Government stakeholders to address technical issues, risks, system performance, and lifecycle sustainment, including C&A support
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
- Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
