OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services in our inpatient rehab hospital. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence in mobility, self-care, and daily living activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and support safe discharge planning in a nurturing, dynamic, and growth-focused environment.
