Full job description

This is a long-term position, anticipated to last at least 6 month to 1 year.

Interview Process:

  • Phone screen with a Bluecrew Team Member
  • Virtual interview with Jitsu Supervisor

The most important skills for this role are below:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate productively with drivers and peers

The transportation final mile coordinator is responsible for:

  • Ensuring all routes are covered by drivers
  • Ensuring all ETAs are confirmed
  • Ensuring all drivers deliver on time in order to hit customer promise

The following factors are to be considered:

  • Driver coordination / dispatch experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced high stress environment
  • Warehouse experience for a logistics / final mile company
  • On time delivery and stops per route metrics
  • Education
  • Resume Formatting and concise details/achievements within each role

Data Entry

When working in a Data Entry position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to perform any and all of the following duties:
