Full job description
Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates , a Unified affiliate, is looking to add a full time Gynecologist to their growing team. MFMA is an innovative, hybrid OBGYN and MFM practice that blends the strengths of academic medicine with the personalized approach of private practice. MFMA is the largest high-risk obstetrics practice and referral center in the region, providing expert care for low-risk and high-risk complex pregnancies with compassion and precision.
As part of the MFMA team, you'll work alongside physicians who are award-winning educators with numerous peer-reviewed publications, while also providing exceptional, evidence-based care to patients every day.
Practice Highlights:
- A unique mix of physicians: 11 MFMs, 10 OB/GYNs, 5 GYN, 1 PA and 1 Geneticist.
- Flexible scheduling 4 or 5 days week- private office in the upper east side of Manhattan
- Annual & problem GYN visits
- Office based procedures (colposcopy, hysteroscopy, IUD, Nexplanon, MVA)
- Opportunity for hospital-based surgery
- Hospital affiliation - Sinai West
- On-site ultrasound through our affiliate, Carnegie Imaging for Women
- Overnight & Weekend call rotation of 1:4-1:5 (phone-based only)
