Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Michigan SLP license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • LARA fingerprinting must be completed prior to start, per client requirement.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is preferred.
  • Experience with dysphagia management and standardized SLP assessment tools is preferred.

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days .
  • Schedule Pattern: 5x8.
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
