Qualifications:
Degree of M.D. or D.O. with ABMS or AOA-recognized residency in Otolaryngology
Valid and active board certification in Otolaryngology (consider board eligible candidates for new graduates actively seeking certification)
Valid and unrestricted Ohio medical license, or ability to obtain
