Job Details

We are looking for a Heavy Touch CDL B Driver in Kansas City, Missouri, offering $30 per hour. This role involves local delivery routes, hauling heavy construction equipment and parts. You'll enjoy the benefit of being home daily while working with a dedicated TransForce team that provides real support and training.

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $30 per hour with overtime after 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, start time at 11 PM until work is completed
  • Average 57 hours per week
  • Home daily

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating primarily a Panel Van, with occasional use of a 26' straight truck, dry vans, tractors, and sprinters.
  • Performing touch freight duties using manual pallet jacks and forklifts, including scanning, sorting, and loading/unloading freight at various locations.
  • Delivering within 200 miles of Kansas City, MO, with stops ranging from 2 to 12 per night, delivering to both drop boxes and warehouses.
  • Participating in dock work, including unloading two trucks received each night.

What You Need

  • Valid CDL B
  • 12+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
  • Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
