Trusts & Estates Attorney

Regional multi-office law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its Pearl River, NY office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for long-term growth, meaningful client interaction, and a collaborative environment with strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
• Handle trust and estate administration matters
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and tax-related considerations
• Maintain direct client communication and relationship management
• Assist with related real estate and litigation matters as needed
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission required
• Additional admissions in NJ, CT, or PA preferred
• Experience in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Elder Law, Real Estate, or Litigation
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of personal finance, accounting, investments, and basic tax concepts
• Professional, self-motivated, and client-service oriented
