Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
Coordinate and oversee nursing care and services on assigned shift
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
Encourage restorative care and resident independence
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety
Support nursing staff to maintain quality standards
Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership
Who We’re Looking For:
Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Passionate about providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Strong communication and organizational skills
Committed to maintaining a reliable work history
