Full job description

Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production and packaging teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Lead

Location: Wilmington, MA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM (schedule may vary depending on business needs)

What's the Job?

  • Lead production activities and coordinate team members on assigned lines
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and safety standards
  • Support line setup and maintain efficient production flow
  • Assist with staffing, training, onboarding, and coaching employees
  • Monitor productivity, waste reduction, and line efficiency

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food manufacturing experience
  • Strong communication, reading, writing, and basic math skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Team-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
