Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute community. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document in EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
