Speech Pathologist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to a culture focused on exceptional, patient-centered rehab outcomes and ongoing professional growth in a dynamic, supportive environment.
