Press Brake Operator

CNC Press Brake Operators are responsible for setup and operation of the CNC Press Brakes. Work productively and safely to produce quality parts in a production environment. Use a computer to accurately track job and shop costs. Identify correct tooling to set up and run CNC equipment. Operators must be able to read and understand technical drawings and translate information into programs for CNC equipment.

PMP is looking for people to join our fabrication team. We are currently seeking candidates for Press Brake Operator as described below.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $18 - 22 per hour

Requirements

• Set up and execute program to properly bend material to job requirements
• Identify and install correct tooling and material required for each job
• Inspect work product to job requirements
• Perform operator level maintenance
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• Perform other duties as assigned
• CNC Press Brake experience required
• Strong Math Skills including fractions and angles
• Good problem-solving skills
• Experience operating a forklift
• High School Diploma or GED
