Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Current CPR certification is required
* Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance are required
* 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required
* Experience with Homecare Homebase is required
