Details & requirements for this opportunity: |
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 10-hour shifts. 4 days per week
|
- Practice Setting: Health Center
|
- Type of cases: Oncology, Hematology and apheresis procedures.
|
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
|
- Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
|
- Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

- Licensure required: Connecticut state medical license
