Patient Logistics Supervisor

UT Health East Texas seeks a Patient Logistics Supervisor RN to oversee patient flow, bed placement, and transfers across our integrated health system. This role coordinates with nursing units, physicians, and support departments to optimize capacity, ensure safe, timely admissions and discharges, and support patient-centered care. The supervisor will lead a small team, monitor throughput metrics, address escalation issues, and support quality, safety, and compliance initiatives while mentoring staff and collaborating across disciplines.
