Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute setting. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document in the EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
