Your New Role
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and equipment inspections
Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, ductless mini-split systems, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, mechanical, and system performance issues
Complete repairs safely and efficiently while following manufacturer specifications and company procedures
Test system performance and evaluate equipment operation
Explain repair recommendations and maintenance findings clearly to homeowners
Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service during every visit
Manage service calls independently while communicating effectively with dispatch and team members

1-2+ years of HVAC experience required
Strong potential candidates with limited HVAC experience may be considered
EPA Certification required
NATE Certification preferred but not required
Journeyman License preferred but not required
Experience performing residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections preferred
Basic understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operation
Ability to learn HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain maintenance findings and recommendations clearly and professionally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license that meets company driving requirements
Ability to safely perform the physical duties required for residential HVAC service work
