Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab

TriStar Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. You will assess and monitor patients, administer medications, support mobility and rehabilitation goals, and educate patients and families. Collaborating closely with therapists, physicians, and support staff, you’ll help coordinate individualized care plans while maintaining strict safety standards and accurate EMR documentation.
