Bilingual Production Lead

Now hiring for a Bilingual Production Lead in Jessup, MD

Lead must speak English & French or Spanish & French $18/$19

Monday to Saturday || All shifts

Responsibilities

• The ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills, set expectations, measure and observe performance and provide feedback
• Supervises a staff of temporary workers Ensures that all tasks are performed in accordance with the operating procedures and ensures all GMP’s are being followed
• Walks the production area and observes workers performance to ensure good and safe work habits and coaches workers as needed
• Solid knowledge of best practices and safety
• Able to work well with production workers, supervisors and operations manager
• Participates in evening and morning production meetings
• Must be bilingual in English/French or Spanish/French
• MUST have Production lead experience
• Strong written and verbal skills for internal and external communications
• Must be a people person and like working with people
• work OT as needed mainly in peak season
