This facility is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Walk-In Clinic coverage; clinic hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Patients per day: Not specified
• Practice Setting: Walk-In Clinic / Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Urgent care for both adult and pediatric patients
• State Licensure: Wisconsin Medical License
• Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
