Advise, manage and underwrite initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, equity-linked offerings, at-the-market offerings, private placements and share repurchases. Team is aligned in a pod structure by sector vertical; managing directors / directors lead each pod and are supported by vice presidents, associates and analysts. Revenue expectation of the business is $75 to $100 million annually.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Works closely with senior CIB professionals.
2. Performs assigned duties with some independence, including but not limited to, due diligence, document processing, financial analysis, investor analysis, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development.
3. Provides leadership, mentorship and supervision to interns.
Required Qualifications:

The annual base salary for this position is $100,000.
