As a Cook I, you will prepare quality food according to established recipes and chef specifications while helping maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen. You will play an important role in delivering consistent food quality and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

What You'll Do as a Cook I:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
  • Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations for efficient food preparation and service.
  • Ensure food is properly prepared, stored, handled, and served according to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, portion sizes, and presentation throughout service.
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly clean and store kitchen equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with the Chef, kitchen Team Members, servers, and supervisors to support timely service.
  • Assist with food preparation, inventory, ordering, and other kitchen operations as directed by the Chef.
  • Follow proper cooking techniques, recipes, and production procedures.
  • Support the kitchen team during high-volume service, special events, and other dining operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chef or kitchen leadership.

What You Will Bring as a Cook I:

  • 1–2 years of food handling, culinary, or cook-related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking methods, food preparation, and restaurant kitchen practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
