Full job description
FT/PT CNA Shifts at Life Care of Treasure ValleyShift Differential EVE 2p-10p $1/hr & NOC 10p-6a $2/hr
SIGN ON Bonus for FT Days of $1000, FT Eve $1500 & FT NOC $2,000 (paid out for FT employment after 90 days)
Day & Eve shifts (6a-2p) or (2p-10p) working every other weekend
Mon-Fri Eve (2p-10p) with weekend on call every 2 weeks
FT 12 hr NOC (6p-6a)
Shift Differential: $1 Evening, $2 NOC
Referral Bonus Available! Extra $1/hr per FT referral as long as you're both employed
Education reimbursement for employees after 6 months of FT employment

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Join our team and help make a difference in the lives of our patients and family members.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
