The Charlotte Assisted Living in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Med Tech to safely administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily care in our assisted living and memory care community. Responsibilities include preparing and passing medications, documenting in EHR, monitoring vital signs and changes in condition, and communicating with nurses, physicians, residents, and families. The Med Tech supports ADLs, follows care plans, and upholds infection control and safety standards in a resident-first, compassionate, and team-oriented environment focused on dignity, respect, and meaningful relationships.
