Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care across post-acute and outpatient settings. In this role, you will evaluate patients, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based interventions to restore mobility, strength, and function. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress using EMR systems, and educate patients and caregivers to support safe transitions and long-term independence.
