Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and at least 2 years of clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in long-term care settings is preferred

Additional Information: Therapist will split time between two post-acute care locations. Scheduling will be communicated a few days in advance, and efforts will be made to provide as much notice as possible.
