Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations within an upscale, high-volume, full-service restaurant. This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain exceptional standards in food quality, consistency, safety, team development, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a high-volume kitchen, developing strong culinary teams, managing costs, and partnering with FOH leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Executive Chef Requirements/Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience
• High-volume, upscale, full-service restaurant experience required
• Lead all BOH operations and culinary staff
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team
• Maintain food quality, presentation, consistency, and brand standards
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, ordering, and BOH budgets
• Analyze P&L performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Partner with the General Manager and FOH leadership to ensure seamless service
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols
• Culinary degree preferred
• ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
