COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM)

  • $400,000 Base Salary
  • $30,000 Sign-On Bonus

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM)
  • 100% Outpatient Family Medicine
  • No Call | No Weekends
  • Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • Average 8–10 patients per day
  • 80% clinical 20 % admin
QUALIFICATIONS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM)
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Ability to obtain New Mexico medical licensure within 90 days of start date
  • Credentialing timeframe: approximately 4–6 weeks
