What You'll Be Doing as the AGM

• Assist in overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead by example and support the team during peak business periods
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop hourly employees
• Create schedules and manage labor performance to business needs
• Monitor food quality, service execution, and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory, product ordering, and cost-control initiatives
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
• Support financial goals through effective labor and expense management
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations

What We're Looking For in an AGM

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Working knowledge of P&L statements and restaurant financials
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and inventory
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure
