CenterWell Home Health is hiring a Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse to provide skilled in-home care to seniors and adults with chronic conditions. You will conduct patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, develop and update care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and independence at home. This role includes weekend-focused scheduling with full-time benefits, electronic documentation, patient and family education, and participation in quality and safety initiatives within a compassionate, patient-first culture.
