Valley Center is seeking a compassionate Graduate Nurse to deliver high‑quality bedside care under RN supervision. In this entry‑level role, you’ll perform patient assessments, administer medications per policy, assist with treatments and procedures, and accurately document all care in the electronic health record. You’ll collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, support patient and family education, and uphold infection control and safety standards. Valley Center provides structured orientation and preceptorship to help you transition from student to professional nurse while building strong clinical and critical‑thinking skills.
