Regional Automotive Service & Reconditioning Manager – Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of six regional service and reconditioning centers.
• Drive technician productivity, operational efficiency, and vehicle quality.
• Standardize processes and implement best practices across multiple locations.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive continuous operational improvement.
• Travel throughout the region to coach teams, ensure accountability, and support business growth.

Regional Automotive Service & Reconditioning Manager – Requirements

• Five or more years of progressive automotive operations leadership experience.
• Proven success leading multiple service centers or operational locations.
• Strong knowledge of used vehicle service and reconditioning operations.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel regionally.
