UCHealth seeks a Registered Nurse for our Acute Care Rehab Unit. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based, patient-first care to adults recovering from complex medical events, strokes, surgeries, or injuries. You’ll perform assessments, administer medications, coordinate with a multidisciplinary rehab team, and educate patients and families to support safe discharge and functional recovery.
