This nursing home facility provides outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to a geriatric patient population in New Mexico. The facility maintains on-site support staff, including a psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, physical medicine physician, and unit managers, to support coordinated daily clinical operations. Clinical workflows are structured to facilitate consistent and quality care delivery across all service areas.

New Mexico offers a range of attractions suited to varied interests, including natural landmarks such as White Sands National Park, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, and Bandelier National Monument. Clinicians will provide primary care services to a geriatric patient population at an outpatient and clinic nursing home facility in New Mexico, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The expected caseload is 4-10 patients per day, with approximately 90% of time dedicated to direct clinical care and 10% to administrative responsibilities, which may include participation in morning meetings. Call coverage is required approximately once per month and is conducted entirely by phone, with no requirement to return to the facility. Board certification is preferred; board eligibility is accepted. DEA registration, BLS, and prescriptive authority are required.
