Our Client Law Firm, anationally recognized plaintiff litigation firm , is seeking aMedical Malpractice Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The firm has recoveredbillions of dollars for injured clients and is known for handlingcomplex, high-value litigation matters .

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission
  • 2+ years of litigation experience; candidates with approximately 2–10 years of relevant litigation experience are preferred
  • Medical malpractice litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience handlingpleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
  • Stronglegal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability toindependently manage cases and deadlines
  • Excellentcommunication and advocacy skills
  • Experience working in afast-paced litigation environment
  • Astable and consistent employment history is strongly preferred
  • Experience working within anestablished law firm environment is preferred; extensive long-term solo-practice backgrounds may be less aligned with the structure of this role
