General Manager

Zaxby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations in our fast-casual, chicken-focused restaurant. You will oversee shift execution, guest satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness while modeling Southern hospitality. Responsibilities include managing and developing team members, scheduling, inventory and ordering, and controlling food and labor costs. You will ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, handle guest concerns, and drive sales through local marketing and community involvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, organization, and a passion for great service in a fast-paced environment.
