You will assist individuals in developing greater independence, strengthening daily living skills, building positive behaviors, and participating meaningfully in their homes and communities.</p><p>You will work collaboratively with program leadership, clinical consultants, and other members of the care team to implement individualized support strategies and promote positive outcomes.</p><h2>Essential Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Provide compassionate, person-centered support while maintaining the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of individuals served.</p></li><li><p>Implement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and individualized support strategies.</p></li><li><p>Provide adaptive, social, functional, and community-integration skills training.</p></li><li><p>Collect and accurately document behavioral and service-related data to monitor progress and support positive outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Utilize ABA principles, including task analysis and skill-building techniques, as directed by the individual's treatment plan.</p></li><li><p>Promote independence, choice, self-advocacy, learning, and positive social interactions.</p></li><li><p>Support individuals with daily living activities and community participation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean, safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively with individuals, families, coworkers, and interdisciplinary team members.</p></li><li><p>Participate in team meetings, required training, and ongoing professional development.</p></li><li><p>Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a <strong>zero-tolerance approach to abuse, neglect, and exploitation</strong> and immediately report concerns according to company policy and regulatory requirements.</p></li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p></li><li><p>Current <strong>Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification</strong> required.</p></li><li><p><strong>DSP I & II certifications (Title 17)</strong> preferred/required as applicable.</p></li><li><p><strong>CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification</strong> preferred;
