Senior Installer

Marvin is hiring a Senior Installer to lead the on-site installation of premium windows, doors, and skylights for residential and light commercial projects. In this hands-on role, you’ll interpret plans, perform precise measurements, and ensure high-quality, code-compliant installations that meet performance and aesthetic standards. You’ll troubleshoot field issues, mentor junior installers, and model safe work practices on every jobsite.
