Encompass Health seeks a Staff Occupational Therapist for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other complex illnesses. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based interventions to improve function, safety, and independence in daily activities. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
