Looking for reliable babysitter for my pre-school child

Every 2-3 weeks I will be travelling for work, and will need help on the Thursday and potentially Friday that I am away. This would primarily be: 1. getting child ready for daycare (including preparing her lunch), 2. dropping her off (7-8am timeframe), 3. picking her up (5-6pm timeframe), and 4. getting her ready for bed (7-8pm bedtime depending on the day; she wears a diaper for bed right now but is otherwise potty trained). The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and be comfortable and confident driving her safely (10-15 min drive). There are 2 dogs who will need to be let out and fed while you are there. Light cleaning (the dogs get muddy) and dishes (from prepping her lunches) would be a tremendous help, but not a must.
