Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Previous home health experience
• Familiarity with OASIS documentation, home health regulations and Conditions of Participation
• HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase EMR) experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Unrestricted Occupational License in the state of practice

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage areas include Oakland County, Wayne County, Livingston County, Washtenaw County, Genesee County, and Macomb County

Location Highlights

Farmington Hills offers access to both suburban convenience and regional recreation in southeast Michigan. The city is about 25 miles northwest of downtown Detroit and provides access to Interstate 696 and M-5 for commuting across Oakland and Wayne counties.
